Twenty-two years of building systems. Now I build them in your home.

I served 22 years in the military, including several deployments, and spent that career in human resources — the job of making sure people and processes actually work. When I left the service I did the same work in the civilian world, leading HR teams.

Then I stepped away. My boys are four and seven, and I wanted to be the one who was there — at drop-off, at the school volunteer table, at the dinner table.

But stepping back from a career doesn’t mean stepping back from the work. It just changed what I wanted to build.

Here’s what my morning looks like. I get up before the house does. I take out a small tray with a butterfly on it, a glass of sparkling water, an espresso in a cup I actually like, and I sit in my corner by the pool for half an hour.

That half hour isn’t a luxury. It’s the reason the rest of the day works.

Why organizing

Because everything else is already in place — the systems, the spaces, the small decisions made the night before — the morning runs. And when something goes sideways, when a four-year-old melts down or something gets forgotten, I have enough calm left in reserve to absorb it. I leave the house steady instead of frayed.

That’s what I want to give you. Not a prettier pantry. A morning where nothing fights you, so you have more of yourself left over for the people who need it.
